Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Executive to handle daily tiffin deliveries and collections, including customer payments and feedback. The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, and familiar with local routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Tiffin Delivery & Collection
• Deliver tiffins to customers on time as per route schedule.
• Collect used tiffin boxes after lunch/dinner and return them safely to the kitchen.
• Ensure tiffins are handled with care, maintaining hygiene and presentation.
• Payment Collection
• Collect cash or verify online payments from customers as instructed.
• Maintain accurate record of payments received and hand them over daily to the kitchen/accounts team.
• Customer Interaction
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Share customer feedback, delivery issues, or complaints with the operations team.
• Route & Vehicle Management
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely service.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle (scooter/bike) in good working condition.
• Ensure fuel, maintenance, and service are managed as per guidelines.
• Operational Support
• Assist kitchen team with loading/unloading of tiffins when needed.
• Support during bulk or festival orders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food/tiffin delivery preferred.
• Must have a valid driving license (for two-wheeler).
• Own two-wheeler preferred (fuel reimbursement provided).
• Basic understanding of local routes and map navigation (Google Maps).
• Honest, punctual, and well-behaved with customers.
• Basic understanding of handling cash or online payments (UPI, Paytm, etc.).
